A buddy of mine picked up a 100% Ruger 1A in 7mm-08 this weekend at a local show. Does anyone have any info on this configuration? Date manufactured, etc...? We can't find anything in the books.

This was a limited run of 750 about 3 years ago. I am not sure who for, Davidsons I believe. This is on my wish list, the only thing is I would cut the barrel back to 22 inches.

Pardon the interruption, but does not the 1-A configuration already have a 22" barrel? My .30-06 1-A certainly does.
