In Dec. I saw that Midway had a .405 Encore barrel listed with a March Expected date. I asked for an E-Mail notification when they came in. I got the E-Mail and hopped over to Midway's site only to see "out of stock, no backorder" major bummer. So I figured maybe T/C hadn't actually made any or the number was so limited that I had no hope of finding one.

Anyway, to cut to the chase, last night I found one on Gunbroker, NIB, for $202. Well, I bought it, UPS has it and it should be here Thursday. I want to commend Wholesale Hunter, that seems like pretty good service to me. The only thing I'm not sure of, in my E-Mail to them right after the BUY NOW deal I asked about buying a set of dies at the same time. I'm not sure whether that part went through or not.

Like I said very excited. Now to search through the past posts. I know there are some .405 shooters here, at least a couple #1s. Sean
