With Dakota shut down does anyone know where you might try to find a sear for a Dakota Sharps? Thanks.

Parkwest Arms took over the shop. Maybe they have something. Might be worth a phone call.

As I understand it, Parkwest did not ‘take over’ the shop so to speak. It’s the same people who ran Dakota, but they simply renamed the brand, due to someone in the sell off of Remington Arms, bought the name ‘Dakota’ and were holding them for ‘ransom’ for the name. The owners of Dakota simply renamed themselves Parkwest.

This is my understanding, but I have not talked to Ward yet to confirm all of this.

So, they should have your parts.
