So, now I have finished my M98 in 7x57. Hm.... And so, I need a new projet for the next years. I saw a custom rifle in the gun digest 2006. A Ruger #1 rebarreled to .32-40 with a long barrel and a tang sight. This inspired me, to thinking about a target rifle cambered in the old German Schutzen round, the 8,15x46R. Brass I have enought, reloading dies I have also. The bullets are the same as for the .32-40 or other 8mmS. It´s only an idea, at this time, but for 100m it must be enought and accurate. What do your think? Martin

I think its a grand idea....8.15x46r is a classic german round. Its should make a fine rifle, and you should have no problem finding a falling block action for it, lots of them out there. Steve
