Hello , Anyone have one of these ? i know Idaho Sharpshooter had several which i think he sold ,trying to find out more about them ,if you have any opinions on them ,experiences ,etc ,i have only seen one here in Australia, a Military Model 45/70 in VGC @ $5000.00 Thanks Cheers | ||

Mine were all three custom. One by A.W. Sukalle from the Phoenix area, and one of the Monarchs by Argus Barker up near Corvallis (MT). Several years ago they were $5700 for single trigger, $800 more for his double sets. The one I wish, really wish, I had kept was a Neidner. He had figured out a way to convert to DST's, and put a folding cocking piece from a Krag or Springfield that flipped up to allow the breechblock to drop. The really neat stuff you wish you had had the sense to just put away... Rich | |||

There was an outfit in Silver City, New Mexico, making these. I think they would be more popular if some of our main single-shot BPCR competitions here in the States did not require exposed hammers.
