I've posted pics of her before, but not since finishing all of the engraving. Alas she now resides in another'e safe. A bit of seller's remorse, but there will be others. Of course you only have one first, and this was my first rifle ( built by me).
I can tell you from personal experience, you will be a vastly lucky man if in 5 years you can think back on this day of separation without tears.
I can only hope it was done out of dire need, or as the initiation of a business making and selling such beautiful work. With what I know now (too late), I could not have done it without my wife behind me with the muzzles of her loaded 16 gauge strong against my spine.
My country gal's just a moonshiner's daughter, but I love her still.
