I'm developing a load for a friend's TC Encore Pro Hunter in 30-06. I'm getting groups under an inch with IMR 4064 and 150 grain bullets.

Two questions:
-Is this rifle supposed to eject? It extracts only.
-Can the trigger be improved by a gunsmith? It's pretty heavy.

Extract only.
Any of the TC custom shops will do triggers or you can buy a kit and do it yourself.
