Brought a ton of Martini's back from Afghanistan.

I wouldn't own any firearm based on it.

They are a functional pretty rifle, but unless this is new from the ground up i think he will have problems.

They are new from the ground up. There's a write up on them in the 2020 issue of Guns Mag Classics.

Of the "ton" of Martini's you brought back, might you have any left for sale ?

I bought several of the BSA 22 Martinis from SKB a few years back + although some were used roughly they were functional, I still have one that my Grandson loves.
