I feel the gods are smiling on me at last Looks like fox skin prices are on the rise this year so to celibrate I draged my hornet out and,much to my joy.with 10.3 grns of 2207 pushin a 40 grn pill I was able to put 5 shots into a very tidy 9/16th group at 150mtrs (lovely) all times wasted wot's not spent shootin | ||

The Martni action is an old but good one. My .22 Hornet load for a 45 grain bullet is: 9.7 grains of 2400. You can cover the group with a dime. | |||

To make things even better .Ive just got back from a bush trip & I find my wife (god love her) has ordered a left hand rollover stock for the hornet . It is also about 14in pull in lenght.I think the Cook is telling me to get off my arse an do something about our local fox problem before I go back to Roo shooting all times wasted wot's not spent shootin | |||
