i would like to put a fiberglass stock on my ruger 416 rigby but mcmillian doesnt make them. anyone have any ideas.

Did you mean 416 Taylor? Pretty tough to convert the Ruger to a Rigby.

sorry for the mix up, i gave the taylor to my dad and bought a ruger rsm in the rigby. right now i am having in hardchromed and am looking for a glass stock so it will be pretty weather-resistant. i hope

Grizz, who is doing the hardchroming for you? I have a Whelen that was done by Ron Mahovsky in Metalife and it is about as good looking and weatherproof as it gets. There are several companies that do the chroming and all are very weather resistant.
