You might want to try some capital letters or some punctuation where appropriate. It may help us understand just what the hell it is you are trying to describe. Jim Kobe 10841 Oxborough Ave So Bloomington MN 55437 952.884.6031 Professional member American Custom Gunmakers Guild | |||

I speak this language Jim, I'll take this one. Claude, first do not put plungers in blind holes without springs behind them. It is a good way to get them stuck. I have seen my share of plungers that were stuck in their holes. They can be a bitch to remove. If you cannot get the new plunger and it's spring in the hole far enough to clear the extractor, then it is likely something is jammed in the hole. Look in the hole with a flashlight and see if there is a conical looking thing with a pointy center looking back. If so, you have a problem. _______________________________________________________________________________ This is my rifle, there are many like it but this one is mine. Measure how deep the hole is and post it here. I'm sure that someone can tell you if it's correct or not. BTW, if you are talking about the plunger and spring in the hole in the bolt face, that is the ejector not the extractor.
