I acquired a Weatherby Accumark in 338-378, would there be any improvement glass bedding the rifle?

My wife give it to me as a gift, she said it will fix my Rotator Cuff problem.

I also would like to know is this an accurate round & setup, don’t know much about that fancy stuff, which ammo is the most accurate?

Any help & info would be most appreciated.
