I was cleaning shop the other day and foumd an American Rifleman from June 1997.
There was an article about a new (at that time)
Mauser straight pull rifle. I haven't heard any more of it. Has anyone else heard what happrned to it.

I had one for about 2 months in 30-06, I paid $300 for it as the store wanted to close them out.

If you can find one, it will be more money, not sure that I recommend it.

I think it was also called a 99, but they also had a regular locking bolt called a 99. So????? bewildered
