Looking at putting a new recoil pad on my .300 wby. Leaning towards the new Limbsaver pads. Has anyone tried these? If so how do you like them. It is between these and the Pachmayer.

I don't know about the limbsaver, I do have a couple of rifles with Packmyer pads on them. I prefer the Kick-eze to the Packmeyer, maybe it is imagined, but they seem to absorb the recoil better.

I haven't heard of the "limbsaver". I have gone to Pac. Dec. pads on all of my big game rifles. Sone of my friends have tried the Kick-ez & had rpoblems w/ them chipping/tearing.
