Nice work! It's good to see a qualified smith going from hobby to full time. Sounds like it's a good place to get a lot more experience then you could working for yourself. Everybody works a little faster when someone else is cracking the whip. I'm sure you'll pick up all sorts of new and different ways to get a stock done. I'm not saying these ways are any better then your own, just think you will learn lots from everybody you are working with. Try and get experience with every thing you can there. Just think, they are paying you to learn new things doing something you enjoy!

Hope you get your family moved out there soon.
