How would i go about rechambering a Stevens 223 to .222? Yes, I know that the 222 is less powerful but I miss what I sold/traded long ago. Besides, the 223 has no neck and it's ugly.
Is this even possible?

Usually all that is needed is to remove the barrel and shorten it(on a lathe)enough so the .222 chamber reamer will clean up the chamber. That's around .10 inch or so, I think, based on my reference. Then re-chamber and reinstall to proper headspace.
