I'm getting ready to button up my Yugoslavian Mauser barreled action into its stock. I just got the bbl/action back from Clearwater Reboring after having it bored out to 9.3x62mm. When I bought this rifle the bbl/action was completely glass bedded into the stock. I've removed all forend bedding back to within 1" of the recoil lug recess plus the action is still glassbedded. My question is,do y'all think I should have crossbolts installed? APPRECIATE any advice.

Not for a 9.3x62 unless you are doing it for looks As usual just my $.02 Paul K

THANKS guys. No,not doing it for looks. This rifle was originally a .25-06 so there was no stress on the stock. Just don't want to bust up a perfectly good stock. I'm probably going to take it apart sometime this summer to have some checkering done but first wanted to at least fire off some factory rounds and work up a load.
