I've ordered
this &
one of these.It'll be another week or so before I get them.
Any other advice or is this work "foolproof"??

Don MarkeyThe jig makes it pretty straight forward. I'm not a fan of chapman safeties though. The kit should come with some shims, make sure you keep them as the pivot point of a wisners wing ( the ones I do like) is in a different spot. The only other tool that makes install easier is the offset drill guide decribed in the directions you'll get with the chapman safety. I made one and use it for both chapman and PME wings. I like to plug the safety hole as decribed in the instructions, but use the PME kit and modify the pivot screw. Like this.

I'm going to try on a '98 first, if I don't Frankenstein it, an '03 is next.
