Sako's TRG-S (M995) is supposed to be a sporter version of their superb TRG-22/42 sniper rifles.

The action on the TRG-S is open on top and clearly NOT exactly the same as the 22/42 actions.

What about the trigger? Does anyone know if the receivers are the same where the triggers attach?
I would love to be able to buy the TRG-S and attach the 2 stage trigger from the sniper version. (it detaches in seconds with 1 screw)

This would also make it easy to use TRG-42 mags as the front of the trigger guard is the mag latch.

Anyone know if this could work?
