.22 hornet to 5.7 johnson???

I know the boltface will have to opened some but will a 5.7 Johnson reamer clean up a .22 hornet chamber without any (or minimal) setback... thanks in advance, jim

22 Spitfire? Just looking at the dimensions I would say it might work.

The hornet is longer. The extractor and bolt face needs to be adjusted too. The hornet rim is smaller diameter and thicker.

I would ask what 22 hornet ? Don't trust single lug older bolt actions or savage 23 series
