I have seen steel Griffin & Howe M70 trigger guards for the pre64 M70 which have a guard bow push forward floorplate release like an Oberdorf sporter. Has anyone ever offered one in dural or aluminum, which would match up with a Featherweight floorplate?

The only ones I have ever seen were of steel construction. Jantz, Griffin and Howe, as well as sevral custom makers did produce them. Blackburn made a limited run of them early on.

I know that Jim Dubell and Steve Heilmann have made a few out of steel.

Thanks for the tips, as I suspected and feared, no dural.
