Just wanted to share some positive customer service. On the afternoon of 12/17 I contacted 4D about renting a neck throater. He said he had it and would ship that day. About 30 minutes later he called and said as he inspected it he noticed a chip on one of the 8 flutes. Said it had been stoned down but wanted me to know incase I wanted to cancel. I said ship it. This afternoon 12/19 the reamer arrived. Two days from Casper to Houston the week before Christmas is a record.

When I ordered I wasn't aware that the owner of 4D is our own Zeglin. Otherwise known to many as owner of Z-Hat and the Hawk cartridge line.

This customer couldn't be happier.
