the rim diameter is not quite the same. most folks get a RUM windowed box and there is some feed work to be done. fairly simple in the hands of a competent gunsmith. dennis olsen of plains, mt comes to mind as does tip burns in canyon lake, tx. | |||

For what it's worth I turned a new Win mod 70 .375H&H into a 400H&H just a screwed on a .411 dia barrel and off I went. | |||
