I have a new in box Win. 70 375 H&H. I want a 404 Jeffery.
Seems I should be able to swap barrels and then what?
All recommendations appreciated.

the rim diameter is not quite the same. most folks get a RUM windowed box and there is some feed work to be done. fairly simple in the hands of a competent gunsmith. dennis olsen of plains, mt comes to mind as does tip burns in canyon lake, tx.

Zephyr, DRM-HP

Thank you for your input. I think I will make the switch as I have never had a 404 that I could play with. I have stuff up to 505G but no 404.
