I purchased a Timney replacement trigger for my CZ452 at shot show. There is a problem with the trigger and I need to contact someone at Timney Mfg. Have been calling, leaving messages and have sent 3 emails in the past two weeks and no response. Does anyone have a better contact or is this typical customer service at Timney?

Just keep trying. I bought a trigger for my CZ550 from them...had to call for several days. Finally someone picked up the phone. She was a nice lady who said she just happened to be in the office when I called. She took my info down and I had the trigger in about 2 weeks. I think they make a great product, but like you, I think their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I think of them as the "Maytag Repairman"....I've been buying Timney triggers for almost 40 years now and have never had to contact the company for any reason. /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// "Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." I've dealt with them once about a M98 trigger that went bad. I was very pleased with the way I was treated. They sent me a new trigger and asked me to return the defective one. I think I got the phone number off their website. Terry -------------------------------------------- Well, other than that Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

I traded for a M70 with a Timney that had been worked over by "Bubba" and was junk. I called and talked to a nice young lady named Heather who asked me to send the trigger back. A couple of weeks later I had a new trigger in the mail box, no charge, even though I offered to pay for it. I did have a little trouble getting them on the phone but it was worth the effort IMHO. So glad to hear that. I've had a Timney on my 270 (2nd barrel) since 1986 and can't imagine a better trigger. I recommend the Timney without reservation, but was getting a little nervous when you started posting about non attention from the maker....happy ending?
