I would like some suggestions for an aftermarket rear and front sight combination to be used on an 8mm sporter. TIA

Take off sights from a Remington 700 will probably be the least expensive. Gunsmiths usually have a hoard of them lying around.

Millett has some pretty high visible open sights for rifles and going to <www.brownells.com> you will find a ton of other types as well. The sky's the limit for sights.

Depends on the budget

I would choose PME or talley. really old winchesters are nice too, but sometimes hard to find
