All: I have completed a couple nice American walnut stocks that need checkering. I am thinking just a good basic 20 LPI pattern at a reasonable price. Can I get something decent for around $100-150? I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks

ramrod340 has it pegged. you can get some nice basic checkering done there and they have always been fairly quick

I've had Carol at Ahlmans checker numerous stocks for me and she has always done a terrific job for an amazingly low cost. I highly recommend her...

give her a call at 507-685-4244 - she usually comes in around 10 am. Right at the moment I believe you'll get pretty quick turnaround.

I spoke with her today. They are at about 3-4weeks. She is almost caught up. I have a laminate going in about 2 weeks
