John Ricks....I hunted in Alabama one year back when The Bear was still the coach and the place I hunted was just full of rabid 'Bama fans. As a multiple graduate of Penn State I was in trouble..it wasn't too long after "the" Sugar Bowl. The funniest thing I ever saw was what they called an "Auburn Chainsaw"... why don't you descibe it for the folks.

Wow, you got me, must of been after my time at Auburn.
I did meet the "Bear" once at a pre game practice when 'Bama came down to Auburn for a game. One of the Prof's I had was a good friend of the Bear, he and I walked over to the stadium for a visit. I asked the Bear if he ever lost a game: After a long stare at his guys on the practice field, the answer was "Nope, but I did run out of time once."

You need to remember I was around rabid 'Bama fans. I saw this bow saw in the barn but instead of having a blade it had a piece of chain link stretched across it. I ask what it was and they said "An Auburn chainsaw". I guess that's what passes for humor in Alabama. By the way, what are grits and who invented them?

I might be a little late for posting. I recommend Truman Wilson out of Delta, CO.970-874-3030. He is a benchrest shooter, wide range of experience, honest and fun to talk to. Truman's work is first class. sure-shot
