I sent my Rem 788 action to the gun smith for a new barrel. I kept everything except the action and trigger. When I got the rifle back I went to the "parts file" (aka coffee can) where I had put the action screws and such and the rear screw was missing. The one that holds the trigger bow in place. Where might I get a new screw or a set? A rear screw from a 700 won't fit.
Thnx in advance

John

Douglas. sporter contour. Haven't shot it yet (need the screw) but if its like my past experiences with Douglas, I'll be happy.
By the way, I was having a .243 rebarrelled to a .260.

Jim, Do you make/buy the screws with Allen or Torx heads?
