Help with sourcing quality wood for my CZ 550 FS and stocker

I have a CZ 550 FS in 9.3 x 62 (Mannlicher Schonauer style stock). Absolutely love this rifle and would like to have it restocked with some quality wood and with some fine checkering. Any ideas of places that I can (i)source a quality blank and (ii) find a competent individual to stock the rifle for me.
