Williams Firearms order question

I recently (12-2) ordered a model 70 extractor and 1 piece bottom metal over Williams Firearms web site. The order says it has been received but my CC hasn't been charged and a inquire email hasn't been responded too. I know this is a good company. Do they make these products as they get orders or are they on vacation for the holidays.

Just wondering if this is a normal experience with Williams. It's been 10 days.

Sounds about normal.

Absolutely great product, but their customer service is a train wreck.

It'll be worth the wait though.

This has been my experience as well. Good products, but they can be kind of hard to get in touch with.

I order all my Williams stuff off of the "Outfitters Gear Shop" at www.24hourcampfire.com. Rick has the stuff in stock and his customer service is second to none.

Roger,
I saw this post and decided to check into this myself.

Apparently you ordered a Polished and Blued Trigger guard assembly on the 2nd and then called the next day to change it to In-The-White.
We had your polished and blued model ready to go that day, but did not have any ready in the white.

Since that time, we have already shipped out the P&B model to another customer, but I have a Matte Blued model that I can sell you for the in-the-white price right now, as well as the extractor you were looking for.

We have been swamped with trying to get new orders out to FN for the upcoming Winchester's, while doing our best to continue to provide our existing customers with orders as quickly as we can.

If you must have an in-the-white, It will probably be about another week to ten days.

I apologize for the lack of communication on the part of my office help, but I hope we can get this resolved with the solution I've mentioned above.

Call our toll-free number at 1-888-257-3006, or email me at matt@williamsfirearms.com
and we'll get this resolved.
