Greetings, I recently picked up a Redfield #70 Receiver sight, missing a couple of small parts. I need to locate one of the mounting screws, and the aperature. Any leads? I looked on Ebay, but all I saw were complete sights- I don't want to go to that level of expense for the two parts I need. Thanks- any help is greatly appreciated. SBB

Brownells sells just about every screw that has ever been used on a firearm, sight, scope base/rings...and they also sell apertures that will fit Lyman, Redfield and just about all other sights.

Thanks, I guess I'll have to give them a call- I find their website's search function very difficult to navigate and find anything. Not to mention, I have no idea of the screw size/pitch that I'll need. SBB

The aperture thread is probably going to be 7/32x40 but without knowing which model sight you have I would be guessing at the base screw. I’m sure the tech guys at Brownells can be more help...and you might ask them to send you a catalog since that makes using the web site allot easier.
