I have delt with Thompson Center Arms on several occasions in the past and have come to expect a difficult and trying experience. I was pleasantly suprised this morning when I called to order a grip draw bolt and lock washer for my Contender carbine. The service rep took my order and will ship it to me at no charge. She was plesant and very helpful. I like the service I got with this request; it is a change from so many customer service departments that I deal with around the country.

Wow. Great to hear. Although I have had nothing but pleasant dealings with them in the past, I have wondered what it would be like with the new ownership. Good service sure is hard to come by these days.
