Anyone know what the standard trigger-pull weights are for the M24 and/or M40A1???

This is Chandlers Site. Actual Marine Corps Armorers build these rifles. 3.75 lbs are what his are set at. The ones I handled at Camp Perry belonged to the Marine Corps rifle Team they broke very light it was a Sleeved Remington in 300 Win done by McMillan. That was not an M40A1 though.

Thanks for the info.

I'm wondering, though, if the settings are different for Camp Perry vs. field use.

They can't be below 3lbs. and use the factory Remington Trigger, so I'm told by an ex Marine Corp Sniper, as well as a SWAT Team buddy.
