Rob,
WOW... if the price is right, GRAB IT

the 35 rem is a smalled than .473 (forget the exact case head) casehead, that throws a 200 gr .358 bullet 1850-200 fps, and it is a FINE whitetail/hog gun, with low recoil.

a VERY desirable caliber and the m30 rifle is aswell.

you can get brass and dies all day long on midway, and I THINK the big makers still make this ammo...

great round

if you don't want it, email me, and let's talk

Looking at one that seems in good condition, s/n 101xx. Seems to be chambered for ".35 Remington Rimless".

Can you tell from the s/n if it cock on opening or closing?

Does the cartridge go by another name or is it obsolete? If it's obsolete can it be rechambered to .35 Whelen w/o setting back the barrel?

Thanks, Rob

Cock on opening versions became available in 1933. Remingtons have letter prefixes before the serial numbers, in this case B through K. (B 1933, C 1934, etc.).

Rob,
in reality, a 30 can go from anything from 250 to 600, that i would consider... let's say 250 to 400 would be an EXCELLENT price
