What mounts that are sold today fit these rifles? Are they interchangeable with CZ550 rings?

Thanks

Yes, they're all 19mm, mount the same. I like Warne detachables the best.

Warnes are about $50.

Talleys are about $110.

They are both good, but Talleys are a bit nicer looking.

Does Warne make premier mounts for Brno? Perhaps you have squirreled up on them Wink

Maxima series are quite crude and made of compressed metal powder(sintered).

Johan, the only Warnes I see for Brnos/CZs in the Brownell catalog are Maxima series. The ones I have are older models with a single screw at the top.
Regarding Talleys, I don't believe they make them for Brnos, didn't about a year ago anyway.
Here's an old see-thru mount for a 21-H:

Do you have any evidence to support your implication that sintered steel products are inferior?

Do you still ride a horse carriage, in fear of those newfangled things called automobiles?

fla3006, look here for CZ 550/Brno 601/602 Talley QD rings. They also have fixed rings, IIRC.

The talley web site doesn't say how high they are. Does anyone know?

fla3006,
I can recommend Talley, mine have worked fine. Currently Talley rings are only in 1-inch and not 30 mm Roll Eyes

Guess I have to prowl the classified section for old Warne 30mm rings bewildered

Cheers beer

Talley does make detachable rings with lever for the CZ550 and other Brnos with 19mm dovetails. They are currently out-of-stock but are in production and will be available in about 3 weeks. 0.525"-0.550" high, part number 1CZL550, $112.50, telephone 803-854-5700. My set is on order.
