I switched all my slings to the Butler Creek Alaskan 18 years ago. Any new rifle gets a new Alaskan.

I have been using Trader Keith's wide Cotton sling for years! Very comfortable. Nylon strips woven into the sling keep it on your shoulder.

I like trader kieth's cotton sling too. I used one to carry my '95 Winchester in the Northern Transvaal last year.
