Not sure if this is the best spot for this, but I received my subscription renewal notice for PS a couple weeks ago, and I have been unable to reach them by phone to give them my credit card info. I'm dialing the number on my invoice (860-645-8776) which is also the number they list on their website. Anyone have better contact info, or an idea why they don't answer their phone (not even a recorded message)? thanks

They are gone by 4:PM EST.

That is probably the #1 reason why I cancelled my subscription a few years ago. The editor/publisher don't listen to anyone and does his own thing without any input from anyone else. He is probably sitting by the phone and won't anwere unless he gets caller ID that he wants.

They answered the phone this morning at that number for me, around 10 am central.

I seriously doubt if they have caller ID.
