James is supposed to be putting finish on the stock at this time. When that is done the metal work will go to Tommy Kaye. Hopefully I'll see the metal work soon.

Butch,

Your rifle may very well end up being a classic along the lines of the Ottmar/Burgess Enfield from, I believe, the 1970's. Your rifle will showcase many of the wonderful parts that are now available from the latest crop of talented artisans.
Perhaps you can have it shown at the annual Guild meeting to inspire others contemplating commissioning a similar rifle.
