Picked up a Greek 1903/14 and the chamber has a little rust in it. Not bad but enough to make extraction very difficult. What's the best method of polishing it?

Thanks
Joe

You might start off by trying OOOO steel wool wrapped around a long wooden dowel in a hand drill. If the rust is too severe for that try 400 grit wet or dry 3M sand paper wrapped around the dowel with honing oil on the sandpaper.

Try to look unimportant. Your enemy might be low on ammo.
