I could easily be wrong but I wonder if you are talking about the M6 pistol. This had a trigger removable stock and about 10 inch barrels, It is no longer on the SA web-site. Another site suggested that the 410/45 combo compromised both rounds throwing poor patterns with the shot gun and very poor accuracy with the pistol round. My own opinion is that the way to improve an M6 is to get back to the original folding concept by removing the stupid trigger guard, speeding up the Hornet twist to 1-10" to make 22 X bullets work better or better yet chamber in 25-20 or 32-20 or 45LC up top.. Forget about the 45LC/410 concept and stick with 410 with a modified rather than full choking to make better use of slugs. Liberty makes some 147 grain slugs that would do nicely. Actualy as issued in stainless is a pretty nifty outfit. Mine in 22 hornet shoots 45 X bullets at 2400ft/sec and 50 grain SSpitzers at 2300ft/sec into 2 MOA groups and patterns well with #6's to 20-25 yards. Slugs are a bust accuracy wise though. I have to get rid of the terrible trigger guard but the squeeze bar is pretty usable after familiarization and without the trigger guard would be better with gloves on.

I saw an ad for the model you're referring to- I'd like one also. my wife was weeding the other day and came across a water moccasin; looks like it would make a good fun-and-snake gun. using the lower barrel for .45 colt looks interesting, too. -tincan

North, I like your suggestion of 25-20 and 410 with a modified choke! That would be an actual survival gun, and a hoot to shoot too.
