Can a 6.5x54 barrel be rechamberd to 6.5x55 (clean up)? Barrel in question is a TC Encore barrel.

I believe it will. A 6.5x57 is another option.

If it is a modern barrel the bore will be .264 inch & should not be a problem. Original Mannlicher Schoenauers & Carcanos were .268 inch.
