Have any of you installed one of these triggers? I have a Marlin 45-70 Stainless Lever Evolution and would like to improve the trigger pull. I have been looking on the web for assembly/disassembly instructions of the trigger but haven’t been able to find any.

I was under the impression this is a drop in piece, drop the trigger plate, pull the trigger pin and replace trigger. Perhaps I'm wrong, does the trigger/hammer engagement need to be adjusted?

Here's how to disassemble it.

Not as far as I know, thanks for the Exploded Diagram it will be of help.
I was hoping for a little more help on how to take out the old trigger and install the 1 piece replacement.

Looks like it's just held in by a pin, #59.

Take the buttstock off and then the lever, it should be clear after that.

As I recall, mine came with instructions but, it still ain't rocket science.
