regulating the Barrels---by that I mean getting it to hit in same spot with each barrel

What caliber and make of double rifle are you trying to get to shoot together?

Different companies use different methods for regulating the barrels. Generally, a sliding wedge setup in the front sight.

I wouldn't mess with that though. Try regulating with your reloading(different powders, primers, bullets,loads and such).

I have a copy of building double rifles on shotgun actions. It has a chapter on regulating the barrels and seems fairly straight forward, ie no mixture of chicken entrails and Cordite applied by a witch doctor.
