Just picked up a ruger mk2 stainless 338wm in mint condition, the only problem is when the safety is all the way back you can still lift the bolt!!! The bolt doesnt not come all the way up and will not pull back which is a good thing but it shouldnt lift at all while the safety is on the back position..If i put a little pressure on the plunger at the back of the bolt the bolt will not lift..The plunger looks good and doesnt look to sheared off?? Any ideas?? Want to see if its locally fixable before sending it to Ruger...thank you

My 300 MkII did this as well. I took a screw driver and just put a bit of up pressure on the safety itself. Fixed it !!!
