My CZ 75 has three dots on the two sights and the brightness of them has dimmed over time. The pistol is 27 years old. Is there a preferred product to touch up these sights?

If they are night sights buy new ones.

They are painted in with luminescent paint of some sort. Search for that.
I hae a CZ75 older than that and I do not shoot anything in the dark....

Take a Q-Tip and dip in 50% alcohol with a drop of Dawn detergent mixed in. Give the dots a quick swirl. Might just be accumulated gunk.
