the chances that a barrel from any action will fit any other action are nearly zero as there is no standard for action/barrel threads.

The chances that a barrel from any action will fit another action of the same make and model are only for the thread to fit...it will still have to be professionally mated for length of tenon and headspace.

The short answer to your question.....NO

The Mark V is the same thread as a Rem 700. However, you can't simply swap barrels between the two because the length of the threaded section is different and the back of the barrel is different.
