Have this project all done except for one part. When it came back from the blueing, it didn't have the "dogbone" with it, the part that holds the block pins in. Anyone know where I can get one? Jim: Try Dave Higginbotham Lone Star Rifle Company, Inc. 11231 Rose Road, Conroe, Texas 77303 Telephone 936-856-3363 FAX 936-856-3363 http://www.lonestarrifle.com Dave is the guru for rolling blocks, and is manufacturing rifles, actions, and parts that are supposed to interchange with original Remington actions. If all else fails, go to http://www.24hourcampfire.com head for the BPCR forum and look up Crossfireoops. If anyone knows he will. Another possibility is a fella named G. Pennell, might find him here in the Single Shot Forum. If yuro'e corseseyd and dsyelixc can you siltl raed oaky?

Another vote for Dave Higginbotham. His rollers are duplicates of the originals. The Pedersoli rolling blocks are 10% over sized. Hog Killer IGNORE YOUR RIGHTS AND THEY'LL GO AWAY!!! ------------------------------------ We Band of Bubbas & STC Hunting Club, The Whomper Club

Hey Jim, That part is actually called a "button"...don't ask, I don't know why, either . I don't have a spare, but I might know a guy that does. Let me make an email or two. Greg Update: No Joy on the button search...might have to get one from Lone Star after all.
