Can a break action 30-06 be rechambered to a 30R Blaser? No barrel setback would be possible, since the break action does not allow for such simple solutions.

Is the case dimension of the 30R larger in all dimensions, to allow simple rereaming with a chamber reamer? or is the 30-06 longer, wider or otherwise bigger than the 30R?

How about a 300 H and H flanged?
