could the lighting be throwing it off? looks big when you first look at it,,, might be... the thread shank is 1.1, there's a stepped wedding ring, and the muzzle looks okay.. but sitting on that white sheet, looks like it's about a 1deg taper!!

Considering it only has a .284 hole running through it, it looks to be a bit heavy. That is probably why he is selling it. It might be okay if you are looking for something in a varmint weight octogon config, but a sporter weight she ain't.
