I bought a new Remington Mountain rifle with the laminated stock. The finish is a little too shiny for my liking. What is the best procedure for dulling the finish. Or, is it best to strip and start all over again?
Can you use something like Birchwood Casey stock sheen?
Thanks

I use BC's Stock Sheen. I think it will give you the results you are looking for.
